Last Friday night, Sheila and I got back onstage at The Ice House in Pasadena in the name of raising money for a great organization, the Cancer Support Community, which provides support to cancer patients and their family members , all free of charge. Good cause, great event. We were honored to be a part of it.
And, can I tell you, we had a blast! The whole she-bang was fun, from writing the material to rehearsal to the obligatory hair and make-up. There were only a few tense moments backstage before our debut. I’ll give you a hint: Sheila was hangry. ( You can listen to the behind the scenes on the Satellite Sisters podcast this week.) Once she was fed, we had a fantastic time being back on stage together.
