Sounds fun to me!
Great show Lian. I l.o.v.e your take on motherhood. It’s not a job. Hard at times, yes but usuallly because emotions are involved.
Online access to grades: You know what I told our son, it’s your job to earn your grades. If you want to go to college (which was expected/mandatory really… in our family), earn your way into the schools that accept you. I also wanted him to make mistakes while living at home and to be honest… I didn’t want to monitor this for the reasons you mentioned. Imagine the kids who’s parents monitor and control everything… the freedom of their first year in college will be challenging.
Liz: I don’t know anyone born on the 11th and think of Liz’s birthday and the sadness she has to share this day (before 2001 v after). Being born on July 14… everyone celebrates my day… bastile day. Even if they don’t know what it means. I can’t imagine a tragic day. I love your take, doing the mondane, working… perfect!
County fair: just remember they are dirty… a germaphobe (sp) will have issues! I’m all about an experience though, so I try to get past dirty as much as I can.
Happy writing! Wishing you and your family a peaceful/uneventful week with your father. Hugs!
hahaha. great answer!
Right before posting this message I ate a nice piece of Moonstruck chocolate and a bowl of ice cream so I would be more likable and post a sweeter message.
There are some people that no matter what they do they look dorky doing it. That would be me. If I solved the financial crisis it would be good for him but what a dork.
Then there are those people that no matter what they do they look stunning doing it. I mean they could wear a sandwich board sign and instead of people calling them a dork they would say what a hoot and doesn’t she look beautiful in that sign.
So if you and your sisters go to the concert it is not dorky because it is you three doing it. You would style up the concert.
So did the chocolate and Ice Cream work?

PS
If I had put down a cup of sour milk before posting this message I might have asked how you knew how sweat tasted.
